9.30 -10.30am - CBUG Bike Ride - Ride the bike routes around Cairns and back to the Esplanade
10am - 1pm Fun Bikes, joy rides, bike shop displays and bike maintenance checks, prizes for decorated bikes and a free sausage sizzle.
Wed 15 Oct, NATIONAL RIDE TO WORK DAY: Cairns City Council, Spence St, 6.30-8.30 am
FREE breakfast, Lucky Draw Prizes, bike maintenance checks and free T Shirts.
Sat 18 Oct, FREE MOVIE NIGHT: The Esplanade, Fogarty Park Dome, 7pm

An audit of the paths will be done this year and an audit of the roads will be done next year. A review of the Strategy will also occur. Budget is nearly finalised and 08/09 works list will be completed by December 08.
